Overview

[18F]CSB-321 is a fluorine-18 labeled radiopharmaceutical developed as a PET imaging agent to assess and quantify biological processes in solid tumors, particularly in patients with metastatic or unresectable cancer undergoing immunotherapy. Its main use is to evaluate the distribution of the tracer in tumor tissues using PET imaging, both before and after immune-oncology treatment, to correlate tracer uptake with immunotherapy outcomes and potentially predict response to therapy. It is currently in clinical development as an investigational radiotracer; its precise molecular target is not publicly stated, but its use is as an imaging probe to guide and monitor cancer immunotherapy response[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][9].
